with violet reflections. Lush and ripe bouquet full of mulberries,
blackberries and spice. Harmonious and well balanced with good berry
fruit in a spicy background.
My review: The color of this wine was a beautiful deep red. It had a floral, juicy berry aroma, which matched the flavor on the surface. However, this wine was very complex with spiciness and a little earthiness thrown into the mix. I enjoyed everything in this wine, but it definitely needed some food to mellow out the flavors. I tasted this wine without food, but would love to pair it with some Greek food.
